Endovenous Laser Treatment
EndoLaser Vein System is an advanced technique that began in 2001. Unlike surface lasers which have several limitations, ELVeS literally heats the vessel from inside the vein. It is indicated for patients who have reverse blood flow (reflux) originating high in the leg at the sapheno-femoral junction.

Surface Sclerotherapy
Developed over 40 years ago in Europe, sclerotherapy at Elite Vein Specialists utilizes only FDA approved drugs to close undesired veins. It is a simple, nearly painless, vessel injection technique that causes vein closure.

Ultrasound Guided Sclerotherapy
All diseased veins - from the largest of varicose veins to the tiniest of spiders - are caused by abnormal leakage of blood through faulty valves located inside veins deep beneath the surface of the skin. Over time, this abnormal leakage of blood, also called reflux causes veins visible on the skin surface to dilate and turn into diseased veins we call varicose veins and spiders.

Foam Sclerotherapy
Foam sclerotherapy is an emulsion of the same drug that we use for conventional sclerotherapy. It appears to have much greater clinical effect on the inner wall of veins. It suffers less dilution from blood and perhaps displaces blood rather than simply mixing with it. The results are very positive probably due to greater drug-vessel wall surface contact.

Veinlite Sclerotherapy
When treating spider veins it is crucial to locate and close any and all feeder vessels. These are blue-green in color and are called reticular veins. If untreated, spider patches can often become subject to early recurrance. These feeder vessels can often originate 4-8 inches away from a zone of spiders.

Ambulatory Phlebectomy
This is an advanced technique of micro extraction of surface varicose veins. Unlike vein stripping, ambulatory phlebectomy utilizes special instruments and microincisions to extract undesired veins. It is performed by Dr. Hyde under local anesthesia on an outpatient basis with no required sutures. The incisions are so small that there is virtually no scarring.
